Tri-County Contracting did an excellent and professional job installing two roofs on our home—shingled and rubber. We had peace of mind having a 10 year guaranteed yearly inspection. After ten years, this last inspection showed the roof was in extremely good condition with only a single nail hole needing some caulk. Tri County Roofing did 2 roofing projects for me. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs. When the person came to give me a quote on the job he didn't high pressure me. He gave me different options as far as price. When you need to contact them they respond promptly. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. They also offer a yearly inspection of the roof for 10 years after it's installed.
